Role Purpose This role is within the FNB Retail Data and Analytics Office. We support the business through the development of predictive and prescriptive analytics specializing in Banking Retention and Attrition in the Customer Solutions Space. Utilize your advanced analytical skills to delve into complex data sets, identifying patterns and insights crucial for retaining and engaging banking customers. Drive strategic initiatives to minimize attrition rates and enhance customer loyalty through data-driven solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative retention strategies tailored to individual customer needs, ensuring sustainable growth and success in the competitive banking landscape.
