Job Description To plan, build, optimise and implement innovative quantitative analytical methodologies, procedures, products and advanced mathematical models that provide analytical support and interpret insights, using advanced analytics technologies, to address business opportunities and problems and implement business strategy.
We have an exciting DSIII role within FNB Customer and Sales Interactions – Home Loan CVM Analytics, the hub for sales data, analytics and insights across Retail. The team explores new data sources and analytical methods to identify gaps, improve existing business processes and identify new opportunities for Home Loans. The team also runs all analytics for Home Loans' interactions with customers. By delivering in our role, we empower strategic conversations to take place and provide guidance to growth & CVM.
The successful candidate will be empowered to think creatively, take ownership of their work and present their findings to leadership forums. They will generate actionable insights and recommendations that influence changes in Home Loans and across Retail.

Are open-minded and enjoy problem solving. Requirements: Completed relevant Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc. 5-8 years experience in a similar role. Experience with SAS is essential; SQL and Python would be an advantage. Managerial/leadership experience is required. Growth and CVM analytical experience would be beneficial.
