Are you someone who can: Build models and perform analytics for the various areas within eBucks for Business Rewards specificallyProviding business rewards analytics to the Commercial team aswell as the eBucks teamAid the development of customer value propositions that are financially soundDevelop future business rewards models and mechanisms to support ongoing profitability and rewards generosityCore Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAS (or SQL/Python/R) coding and data manipulationProficiency in Excel (VBA not necessary but advantageous)Proficiency in Word and PowerpointAbility to build new models as well as make improvements to existing processesPersonal Attributes: Good communication skillsAble to solve complex analytical problemsHigh level of Business acumenAble to apply analytical solutions to business problemsPositive can-do attitudeY ou will be an ideal candidate if you: Qualifications: Actuarial, Data Science or Quantitative degree (honours preferable) Experience: 3-4 years relevant experience in a Data Science, Actuarial or Quant environment You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.
