Data Science Manager

Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the design and development of credit risk scorecards and predictive models.
Lead a team of analysts to implement advanced financial modeling techniques for provisioning, pricing, and capital optimization.
Analyze and interpret complex data to support risk management and decision-making.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and integrate Basel and IFRS methodologies.
Collaborate with business units to align credit risk strategies with organizational goals.
Continuously enhance credit risk frameworks by staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in credit risk modeling, scorecard development, or financial modeling.
Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and advanced statistical tools.
In-depth understanding of Basel and IFRS regulations as they apply to credit risk.
Strong leadership and communication skills to guide teams and present insights to stakeholders.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.
