Are you someone with a passion for feature engineering using various techniques and technologies to extract valuable client and behavioral insights which will be used in application scoring model development? Model development enhancements are dependent on this function for a repository of innovative features which have been tested and verified for predictive power in specific segments.Are you someone who can: Advanced Data Science Expertise:Proven experience in managing data science projects and leading teams.Strong knowledge of Scorecard Development, statistical modelling, and data mining techniques.Leadership and Team Management:Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team of data scientists.Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration and mentorship within the team.Strategic Business Acumen:Ability to understand and align with the business objectives of the bank's strategic units.Experience in translating complex data insights into actionable business strategies.Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in programming languages such as SAS, Python, R, and SQL.Familiarity with data visualization tools and platforms (e.g., Power BI).Project Management Skills:Strong organization skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.Communication Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.You will be an ideal candidate if you: Qualifications: BSc in Math's, Stats, Actuarial Science, or Maths.Experience: Model and scorecard development.SAS experience would be advantageous.Experience in Python, SQL, and Power BI.You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging working environment.Opportunities to innovate.We can be a match if you are: Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Are you interested to take the step?
