The incumbent will be part of the Customer Communications Management (CCM) Operations team, supporting state-of-the-art print and mail products and services for customers across the US.Job DefinitionReporting to the Director, Data Processing, the successful candidate will be responsible for production delivery and QA tasks, with work instructions and established SLA timeframes for multiple customers.
In this role, it is expected that all work is to be completed accurately, in a timely fashion, and delivered with high quality.
Other specialized tasks – documentation updates and scripting work for the automation platforms – will be assigned as time allows.Key Responsibilities:Process electronic files using specialized softwareCheck processed documents for accuracyEnsure all production cycles achieve internal and external SLAsProvide internal customers with updates, progress status and reportsMonitor the automation and act on any issues with statement and document processingReview work orders to determine job specifications and operational requirementsMake recommendations to management on process improvementRespond to Level 1 Support cases and update through internal tracking systemEscalate unsolved and/or critical problems as outlined in the escalation processBusiness Skills:Extreme attention to detail and high level of focusStrong problem-solving skills and able to communicate findings to the teamAbility to handle multiple priorities while meeting specific deadlinesGood time management and well organizedTeam playerReliable, responsible, and professionalEducation & Technical Qualifications:Post-secondary degree or College Diploma in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent and work experience in a production environment.Experience with document processing and delivery is an assetExperience working in the banking or health care industry is an assetExperience with client-server environmentsHands on experience using PCs, including Windows Microsoft Office applicationsExperience working with XML dataExperience managing/manipulating data in MS Excel, MS Access and MS SQL Server would be advantageousExperience with photo editing softwareWorking Conditions:Performing desk-based computer tasks and printingDaily stand/walk, writing by hand, use of telephoneSort/file paperwork10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and occasional weekends (shift handover between 4pm and 6pm local time)Ability to work in a high pressure, deadline-oriented environment
