Now's the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.To ensure that customer data through the customer data supply chain is secured and any risks associated with privacy are mitigated.Are you someone who can:Define business processes to ensure diligence and privacy.Review all processes to identify gaps for potential threats.Perform, advise, and provide information on access level impacts and mitigate risk in respect of system and application access.Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, and provide proactive advice and solutions to stakeholders on data privacy.Keep up to date with area of specialization by assessing own performance.Initiate any incident response plans in the event of unauthorized disclosure of information.Ensure understanding of all systems that acquire the storage and transferring of data.Design solutions and controls in order to resolve any possible data breaches.Ensure adoption and localization of common frameworks, practices, processes, standards, and integration of business data value chain.Ensure platform alignment, governance, policy standards alignment, and integration across relevant areas.Ensure ethical usage of data and information that complies with restrictions applied for privacy and sensitivity classification.Lead the Governance, Risk, and Compliance program, ensuring adherence to Data Privacy Regulations and standards outlined by various Governance Frameworks.Formulate and implement organization-wide policies and procedures to guarantee compliance with laws, industry standards, and governance frameworks.Oversee auditing processes (both internal and external), conduct training sessions, develop training manuals, and perform Data Protection Impact Assessments.Understand and ensure implementation and adherence to Privacy business requirements, legislation, and policy.Ensure reporting of any Data Privacy incidents and drive resolution of Privacy and Protection Audit findings, complaints, incidents, investigations, and Privacy and Protection Assessments.Implement data privacy management to ensure required standards and practices across data production, management, and consumption.Create innovative solutions to manage data privacy exposure in business processes.You will be an ideal candidate if you:Minimum Qualification - Relevant BCom, BSC degree in Information Systems or Technology.Experience - 8-10 years experience in managing data and understanding the privacy associated with it.You will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborate.Challenging work.Opportunities to innovate.Skills & Competencies:Business insight and risk awareness.Analytical thinking and decision making.Analysis, planning, and monitoring.Relevant compliance, governance, security, and risk management frameworks, methodologies, and policy.Problem-solving.We can be a match if you are:Curious & courageous - you're driven by always wanting to know more and learn more and you're brave enough.Obsessed with mastery - you know what it takes to become good at what you do and are constantly pushing yourself to do it.Are you interested in taking the step?
