Data Insights Manager

The Data Insights Manager is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights to support a channel-led organization. This role focuses on developing strategies and tools to enhance analytics capabilities, driving growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Insights Development:

Transform raw data into business insights through advanced analytics.
Drive strategic data projects to support data-driven decision-making.


Automation and Reporting:

Automate standard reporting for operations, management, audit, and regulatory purposes.
Develop statistical models and data visualizations to support insights.


Data Quality and Improvement:

Ensure data quality and develop action plans for improvement.
Plan and implement data structures, process flows, and visualizations.


Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance product offerings and organizational growth.
Lead analytics and customer insights functions, including reporting and predictive analytics.



Continuous Improvement:

Stay current with statutory and legislative requirements.
Identify solutions to enhance cost-effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Skills and Experience Required:

Experience: 5 – 8 years of experience in data analytics and business problem-solving.
Technical Skills:

Solid understanding of AWS, Databricks.
Proficiency in statistical software (SAS, SPSS, R/Python).
Knowledge of data query languages (SAS, SQL, VBA).
Experience in data visualization and communication.


Industry Experience: Experience in Short Term Insurance is a plus.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Engineering.
