This involves devising and executing data collection strategies, examining performance data, pinpointing areas for optimisation, delivering data-driven recommendations for product enhancements and system improvements, and building software applications (from building data pipelines to automating tasks).Responsibilities: Advanced analytical skills for interpreting and analysing performance data.Experience using Python and conducting data science projects is essential.Expertise in implementing data collection strategies and real-time data monitoring.Familiarity with key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance benchmarking.Proven experience in conducting root cause analysis and implementing effective solutions.Proficiency in creating comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate insights.Exceptional technical troubleshooting skills for addressing system issues.Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in monitoring and optimisationResponsibilities and Qualifications: Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.Experience with Microsoft Azure and backend software application development.Working understanding of APIs.Experience coding in C#.Experience working in an AGILE methodology and ceremonies.Experience using Tableau or other similar visualisation software.
