Data Engineer

My client is a leading Fintech Software provider, serving a vast variety of industries, specialising in payment solutions.This Data Engineer role offers a unique chance to develop, enhance, troubleshoot and maintain services on both on-premises (Microsoft SQL Server) and cloud data systems.It involves:Responding to issues/tickets related to the support of existing systems.Developing new reports on both on-premises and cloud systems.Developing high performing stored procedures using T-SQL.Education:A Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Informatics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or Information systems.MCSA or MCSE in data platform, database development, and data engineering.Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer certification.Essential:+3 years of experience with the Microsoft BI Stack (SSIS, SSRS and SQL-server).+3 years of experience with T-SQL development.+1 year in software development (any optional of Python, Java, C# or C++).Experience with cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP).Job Experience & Skills Required:Understanding concepts related to RDBMS (Atomicity, transactions, Isolation levels, concurrency, locking, and blocking).Data modelling for OLTP system (normalization, ERDs, Interaction diagrams).Apply Now if you meet the minimum requirements!
