Those in data science and machine learning engineering at PwC will focus on leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets and drive data-driven decision making. You will work alongside senior team members to gain hands-on experience in data engineering and DevOps practices, contributing to data integration efforts and ensuring the reliability of data processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and maintenance of data pipelines to support the organisation's data needs. Participate in testing and validation to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data solutions. Support the implementation of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and version control. Assist with quality assurance processes under the guidance of senior team members. Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and contribute to project delivery. Assist in optimising data pipelines for performance and scalability. Stay up to date with developments in data engineering and DevOps, learning from more senior colleagues. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Familiarity with SQL and ETL processes. Python advantageous. Interest in learning DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code. Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to learn. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Familiarity with data governance and data security practices is advantageous. Travel Requirements
