Operating locally and internationally, they cater for clients who seek tailored solutions for wealth management, pension funds, and other financial instruments.The Role:As a Data Engineer, your role will be to design and manage database architecture, data flow, and processes for the investment team.
Strong Python and SQL skills, along with experience in large-scale data management, version control, and database solutions, are essential.
Key responsibilities include handling data reception, transfer, processing, and integration with third-party systems to support investment research and operations.
Minimum Requirements:University Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems/ Maths/ Stats/ Business Science/ Actuarial.Strong Python Programming skills are a must.
SQL programming.2 - 3 Years' experience with a specific focus in database management & data analysis.Experience in having produced ETL processes at scale are essential.Basic understanding of financial instruments and markets.Linux server administration.Git version control.
