Datacentre ManagerManaged Talent Solutions' client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a Datacentre Manager.This position is primarily responsible for:Maintenance, support, and deployment of all hosting solutions as well as the associated support thereof.Management and maintenance of Active Directory.Assist in maintaining all corporate systems including corporate email, collaboration, SQL servers, application servers, hosted file repositories, and all cloud-based hosting environments.Maintaining a monitoring system to detect faults or resource outages for all systems, backups, and the retention thereof.Responsible for business continuity from cradle to grave.Ensure excellent IT service delivery to business and affiliates through effective management of datacentre infrastructure services in line with 3rd party service level agreements.Accountable for the end-to-end data centre infrastructure stability and performance – including integrated or related services like networks, IT security, and applications.The successful candidate will need to meet the following requirements:Grade 12.ITIL 4.0 certification.A+ certification.N+ certification.A minimum of 8 years working experience in an IT environment with relevant IT Infrastructure management experience.Exceptional knowledge of cloud datacentres, physical datacentres, hosting platforms, IoT, ITIL principles.Knowledge of different infrastructure architecture frameworks.Crisis management and critical thinking skills.Service delivery experience and customer service orientation.Presentation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
