The Data Entry & Tyre Management Administrator is responsible for accurately entering, verifying, and maintaining data related to tyre management systems, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.Key Performance Areas:Customer Management: Retain 100% of all technically managed sites through effective tyre management and data administration.Operational Efficiency: Optimize sales team efficiency by fully utilizing sales resources and maintaining accurate data.Growth & Learning: Empower end-user sales executives to confidently grow and manage customer bases.Key Responsibilities:Customer Responsibilities:Manage all tyre-related movements on customer tyre management programs, ensuring accuracy in data entry and reporting.Provide monthly reports to customers, ensuring quality and clarity.Operational Responsibilities:Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entry, including fleet surveys and tyre movements.Uphold Site-Specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with accurate data management.Regularly update records and maintain data integrity.Identify and address tyre-related concerns within customer fleets.Collaborate with teams and supervisors to resolve data discrepancies and issues.Generate reports for internal and external use, meeting deadlines and standards.Learn & Grow Responsibilities:Submit daily progress updates to management.Provide training and development for site personnel to enhance their data management skills.Maintain proficiency in relevant software and technologies.Minimum Requirements:3 years' experience in a structured data management role.Tyre industry experience is preferred.Strong communication and administrative skills.Proficiency in project management tools and software.Demonstrated ability to solve problems and make sound decisions.Competencies:Knowledge: Tyre management programs, fleet solutions, product and service offerings, management reporting.Skills: Administrative capabilities, data reporting, communication, problem-solving, strategic planning, forecasting.Attitude: Positive, customer-driven, success-oriented, open to learning, deadline-focused, and target-driven.
