Data Capturer - Debtors/Creditors

General Responsibilities: Data Capturing: Accurately input debtor and creditor information into Sage Online and excel. Compliance and Record Keeping: Document Management : Store all debtor and creditor documents in Sage & hard copies Communication: Liaison : Communicate with clients and suppliers to address issues related to invoices and payments. Collaboration : Work closely with finance and accounting teams Skills and Qualifications: Experience in Sage Online. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Filing and organizational skills jnr. administrative skills Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data entry. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook Team player wo can seamlessly integrate with the culture. Preference to candidates who smoke.
