Data Capturer Accounts

We seek a meticulous and organized Data Capturer to accurately capture and process financial data for our accounting department.
*Key Responsibilities:*1.
Data Capture:- Capture and process financial transactions (invoices, payments, journals).- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data.2.
Data Entry:- Enter data into accounting software (e.g., Sage, Xero).- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.3.
Document Management:- File and store financial documents (electronic and hardcopy).- Ensure compliance with document retention policies.4.
Reconciliation:- Assist with bank reconciliations.- Identify and resolve discrepancies.5.
Administrative Tasks:- Provide administrative support to the accounting team.- Assist with month-end closing processes.*Requirements:*1.
Qualifications:- Matric certificate.- Basic accounting knowledge (e.g., AAT, CAT).2.
Experience:- 1-2 years of experience in data capture or accounting.- Experience with accounting software.3.
Skills:- Attention to detail and accuracy.- Basic accounting knowledge.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.- Strong organizational and communication skills.4.
Certification:- Pursuing professional accounting certification.
