Job Overview:Onboards new clients into MarketingCloudFX as the face of the platform using project management skills to coordinate the understanding of the platform and then working with developers to set up a unique set of tools depending on the client's goals and needs. Understands data marketing, tech stack consulting, and digital marketing as a whole. This role is client-facing and strong business acumen consulting experience is a big plus.Responsibilities:Providing demo's for clients to review our proprietary software, MarketingCloudFXThis is a client management and client-facing role where you will manage multiple ongoing relationshipsWorking with Developers to implement software setupsSetting up the software for clientsAuditing Data Tech Stack (client CRM, 3rd Party Tools) and compare with opportunities in MarketingCloudFXQuality Assurance for the client's Tech StackSetup of MarketingCloudFX for clientsAuditing MarketingCloudFX for ongoing support for clientsAuditing Opportunities and writing/creating reports for clientsGenerating recommendations for Data Marketing Strategy for clientsOngoing consulting and tool setup for clientsQualifications for Role:Excellent project management/organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent Business Acumen and Consulting Skills related to Data MarketingExcellent problem-solving skillsExperience managing client relationshipsExperience in CRMs such as Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive, etc.Experience in Google AdsExperience in Digital MarketingExperience with creating reports / analyzing dataPercentage Breakdown20% Team Coordination/Project Management20% Independent Work60% Client Facing Work/Consulting/CommunicationCompensationNegotiable, based on experience
