Running end-to-end B2B email marketing campaigns, analyzing results, and reporting on performance.
Generating and nurturing leads through email outreach and compelling campaigns.
Improving email deliverability, domain/IP health, and campaign effectiveness.
Designing and implementing A/B split tests to optimize performance.
Spotting trends in data and sales messaging to recommend improvements to the team.
Ensuring compliance with local and international data protection laws.
Achieving set KPIs weekly and contributing to a thriving sales pipeline.
WHO YOU ARE A data and email marketing professional with at least 3 years of experience running successful B2B email campaigns.
Highly skilled in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Kaviyo, Snov.io, and CRM/email integration systems.
Technically adept at data scraping, list building, email automation, and analytics.
A creative thinker with a proven ability to craft engaging, lead-generating email content.
Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a non-traditional yet professional environment.
A detail-oriented individual with experience in A/B testing, multichannel outreach, and sales enablement tools.
Knowledgeable or eager to learn techniques like voicemail drops and LinkedIn automation.
