What the role involves: As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with both technical and commercial teams, as well as external partners, to analyze and clean data, transforming it into actionable insights.
We're data-driven, and the ability to produce valuable insights quickly are key to our strategic vision.
You will be an experienced Data Analyst who combines technical expertise with outstanding communication skills, able to convey complex data findings clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Your insights will be essential in driving innovation and improving our operations.
Collaborate with external partners to prepare their data for ingestion.
Perform deep statistical analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Work closely with diverse stakeholders to understand their needs.
Design and build dashboards to monitor key business metrics and KPIs.
Build robust and scalable ETL pipelines using mainly AWS technologies.
Clean and monitor incoming data to ensure its accuracy and integrity.
Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analysis processes.
Transform data from multiple sources and apply business logic to build data marts for the business.
Requirements Who you are: Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field (eg, computer science, statistics or engineering).
Significant experience in an analytical role.
Highly proficient in SQL.
Experience in Python.
Experience in Spark, AWS and DBT is advantageous.
Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in credit or alternative credit, is a big plus.
Proven experience in stakeholder management and acting as a business partner across different areas.
Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
Excellent commercial awareness and ability to prioritise work on high-impact business problems.
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership who takes initiative.
