Data Analyst (Payment Operations)

Requirements Relevant Qualification Minimum 1-year data experience Experience in reconciliation space in the banking industry Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, SQL, or R Previous experience working with Databricks and/or spark-based technologies for big data processing Competency in data visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, etc Experience with process optimization and automation Experience with working with large datasets and optimization and automation of processes Working with large datasets and extracting actionable insights to drive business decisions Effective communication to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Responsibilities Oversight of all Payment Operation recon data extracts Fixing of problematic files Enhancements and rebuilds New builds Loss and risk reduction Audit alignment Improved customer experience
