Data Analyst

Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in data analysis or finance are advantageous. Minimum 3-5 years of data analysis experience within the finance industry. Requirements: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and advanced Excel. Skilled in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities. Effective communication skills for presenting complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Organizational and collaborative teamwork capabilities. Key Performance Areas (KPAs): Collect, clean, and manage data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy. Analyze financial data to uncover patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for decision-making. Collaborate with finance and IT teams to implement data-driven strategies.
