Data Analyst PositionReference: NFP014014-ASl-1We are seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team at one of the leading Banks in the industry.Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Data Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of financial data to support our business operations and drive data-driven decision making.Responsibilities:Collect, organize and analyze large sets of data related to the bank's financial operationsDevelop insights and recommendations to improve business operations and customer satisfactionCollaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide relevant analysis and insightsDevelop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to track key metrics and KPIsIdentify patterns and trends in data to inform business strategy and decision makingCommunicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and concise mannerRequirementsRequirements:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services industryPayment experienceProficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis and visualizationExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BIStrong analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent communication skills to present complex data analysis in a clear and concise mannerAt our bank we value diversity, creativity, and collaboration.
