In line with our dedication to customer-centricity, we are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Data Analyst.Purpose of the JobThe Data Analyst is to analyze the reporting requirements from the organization and translate these into reporting, KPI tracking, and dashboard standards and processes. Advise on the requirements for the underlying data and data structure and ensure the functional testing of new and changed reporting standards and processes. Produce unique reports and provide additional insights and recommendations to the organization.Main ResponsibilitiesInformational and Business Advice: Resolve queries from internal or external customers or suppliers by providing information on complex processes and the related policies, referring issues to others where necessary for interpretation of policy.Data Exploration: Collates and analyzes data using predetermined tools, methods, and formats to create standard insights. Produce accurate reports for others by collecting data from a variety of standard sources and inputting that data into standard formats.Testing Information Technology (IT) Performance: Perform website/applications software tests and respond to user emails to monitor, diagnose, and correct performance issues.Data Collection and Analysis: Collate and analyze data using preset tools, methods, and formats. Involves working independently. Contributing to the continuous improvement and refinement of data and analytics programmes. Collection of business requirements using a variety of methods, such as interviews, document analysis, and workflow analysis, to express requirements clearly and succinctly.Insights and Reporting: Extract and combine data to generate standard reports. Preparation of various data and analytics reports.Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching. Develop and maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level (Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Insights & Analyst, AI, and ML)ExperienceSound experience and understanding of straightforward procedures or systems3 years – analytics, data extraction and analysis, presentation of analyticsKnowledge of SQL, Python, R, PowerBI software or similar advantageousTelecommunications knowledge (advantageous)Data Collection and AnalysisPlanning and OrganizingAction PlanningBusiness Requirements AnalysisComputer SkillsCommunication SkillsCollaboration Skills
