COMPANY DESCRIPTION: Our client is a South African pharmaceutical benefits management (PBM) organization and specialise in electronic claims processing and the management of medicine benefits. They are looking for a Data Analyst to join their Benefits Management department.
JOB DESCRIPTION: MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Reporting
To design and produce routine client reports subject to the client's SLA or requirements by using various tools available, e.g., Excel and in-house Qlik modelsTo check, analyse and comment on reports created before distribution to clientsTo perform general data QA when requiredTo compile and communicate ad hoc reports for clients based on client-specific requestsCompile and communicate internal reports and analytics according to business decision requests/requirementsAnalysis and Consultation
To continually scrutinise and analyse information reported on, and to raise possible concerns with clients according to industry standards and client specific requirementsTo consult with clients regarding feedback on reports to address areas of concernTo provide analytical input internally to relevant departmentsTo provide support for training requirements regarding data analysis platforms to internal and external clientsGeneral Administration Duties
