You will provide actionable insights and analytics solutions to optimise customer satisfaction and business objectives, focusing on customer analytics and improving marketing campaigns. In this role, you will help develop insights for a variety of consumer products, particularly as we scale their volume.
You'll support the maintenance of our data infrastructure, ensuring the necessary analytics are in place to meet customer needs effectively. What you will do: Tool Integration and Data AccessibilityAssist in the integration of internal tooling to enhance customer engagement and automate personalised experiences.Develop tools and dashboards that enable other teams to access and understand data insights easily.Customer Reporting and Adhoc AnalysisCreate and manage Looker dashboards to support product insights and reporting needs.Address ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders, providing clear, actionable insights to support business decisions.Product and User Data AnalysisConduct in-depth analysis of member behaviour across products, tracking user journeys and identifying key behavioural trends.Analyse data for seasonal fluctuations and trends to help inform product adjustments and marketing strategies.Monitor registration, engagement, and retention metrics to support growth initiatives and understand user lifecycle stages.You will love this opportunity if: You're someone who thrives when taking ownership, challenges the norm, and celebrates the small wins along the way.

Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics etc) or relevant commercial experience as a Data Analyst.Technical skills in:Advanced SQLExperience with DBT or similar data transformation toolsFamiliarity with Looker or other BI platforms.Excellent analytical skills with a focus on behavioural, trend and engagement data.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to proactively identify and solve data-related issues with an eye for improvement.Good communication with the ability to work cross-functionally and translate complex data findings into actionable insights for non-technical teams.Excited about this opportunity?
