Data Analyst

Education ? Required: bachelors level degree in Finance/ Economics/ Statistics/Engineering/ Management Accounting/ Mathematics/ Computer Science/Social Sciences or an equivalent qualification with an analytical focus? Advantageous: postgraduate degree in any of the above disciplines
Work Experience ? Required: 2 4 years in a data and analytics environment? Advantageous: financial services/ retail industry experience
Skills Required ? Relational database experience (e.g.
MySQL)? Microsoft Office and G-Suite with particular focus on Microsoft Excel? Highly Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphs, ability to pull in data fromother sources, formulas, functions) or other statistical/analytical tools? Demonstrated oral and written communication skills? Data visualisation and working with visualisation tools, e.g.
Power BI,Qlikview, QuickSight? Stakeholder engagement to understand business requirements
Advantageous? Beginner Python/ R? Data warehousing? Report automation? Use of Version Control Systems e.g.
Git? Business process design and optimisation? Experience with workflow tools: e.g.
JIRA/ Asana/ Zendesk? Data governance
