Prestart to post washing. Monitoring of Steamup and fresh cows. Daily updating of all cow records on the Delpro system. Dairy staff motivation, dedication, moral and discipline. Targets and goals. Breeding. Fertility, Heats, AI. Jersey Dairy hygiene and milk quality. Monitoring milk collection bulk tank readings and tank samples General dairy tasks, treatments, vaccinations, dipping, hoof cleaning Managing the employees under your area Cow feeding: Pasture Utilization and supplementary feed.
