Job Purpose Ensure the effective planning and execution of the Enterprise's Customer Marketing Strategy against set objectives, targets and budgets, focusing on maximising customer value through engagement. This includes all Customer Relationship Marketing journey communication and marketing tactical campaigns across the STI and 1Life brands on all channels, aiming to create customer loyalty and advocacy, increase retention, and enhance customer Life Time Value (LTV). Conduct marketing automation system administration.
Responsibilities Digital Marketing Plan Execution: Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns. Manage and execute multiple customer engagement journeys and marketing campaigns across all channels on the Marketing Automation Platform. Marketing Execution: Deliver specified outcomes and provide expert advice while working within established marketing programs. Marketing Planning: Contribute to the development of tactical marketing campaigns. Project and Program Stakeholder Engagement: Plan and deliver stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and ensure stakeholder needs are met. Work with multiple stakeholders for strategic planning, development, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and customer lifetime value. Digital Channels and Technology Management: Support digital channel management by analysing best practices through competitive benchmarking, customer insights, A/B testing, and feedback from cross-functional partners. Conduct marketing automation system administration and run A/B tests on campaigns and landing pages. Operational Compliance: Review non-compliance issues and find solutions within an assigned unit. Ensure consistency across campaigns in strategy, creative assets, design, and messaging while ensuring compliance during email marketing campaigns. Project and Program Reporting and Reviews: Draft elements of project review reports and presentations. Track campaign results and report metrics, adjusting workflows as needed. Improvement / Innovation: Identify shortcomings in existing processes and use established change management programs to address them. Set up journeys and workflows on the marketing automation platform to enhance customer engagement and retention. Personal Capability Building: Develop own capabilities through assessment and development planning activities, formal and informal training, and maintaining understanding of relevant technology and industry best practices. Education Grade 12/SAQA Accredited Equivalent (Essential) A relevant degree in Digital Marketing (Essential) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or Customer Relationship Management (Advantageous) Diploma or equivalent in Marketing Automation strategy and implementation (Advantageous) Experience 2-3 years' hands-on marketing automation campaign management experience (Essential) Previous experience with any marketing automation platform (e.g., SAS 360, Adobe, or Salesforce with Administrator credential) (Essential) Digital design experience and/or understanding of HTML coding (Essential) Experience within Financial Services environment (Advantageous) Think you have what it takes to be part of an unstoppable team who constantly finds better ways to give peace of mind?
