About the Role:As the Cutting Room Manager, youll play a vital role in the garment production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and seamless operations.
This is a full-time, on-site position offering the chance to work with a leading corporate fashion brand.Key Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day operations in the cutting room.Manage production schedules and optimize material utilization.Ensure quality control in garment cutting processes.Handle factory opening and closing duties.Maintain strong attention to detail and quality assurance throughout all processes.Supervise and motivate cutting room staff, adhering to HR procedures.Ensure housekeeping standards are upheld in the factory environment.What Youll Need to Succeed:At least 5 years experience managing a garment cutting room.Proficiency with Bulmer and GerberSalary - R30 000 - R40 000 per month, depending on your qualifications and experience.This role is open to individuals looking to relocate to Cape Town.
