As the Maersk Customs Services (MCS) Product Manager, your primary goal is to grow the business while ensuring a healthy profit and loss (PnL). To do this, you must have strong business and financial skills, and support customer integration to drive product adoption and sales. Your role involves equipping internal teams like sales, marketing, and customer support with the tools they need to understand and promote the product, as well as maintain compliance with regulations and certifications like AEO (Authorised Economic Operator).Key responsibilities: In addition to leading people and managing tasks, your responsibilities include training and education, sales enablement, and coordinating across various teams.You will also be responsible for hiring, coaching, evaluating performance, and salary reviews.You contribute to business plans, set policies, and manage financial performance, which requires strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.Your work will involve understanding and managing financial performance, ensuring accurate analysis and reporting.You will be setting budgets, forecasting, monthly reporting, developing growth initiatives and designing and implementing a business plan for customs that aligns with the organizational goals.
