Customer Technical Support

Qualifications: - Matric Certificate & Tertiary qualification in Sales / Marketing / Packaging / Supply Chain / Mechanical or Industrial Engineering is essential.
Job Requirements: - 5 years technical experience in a FMCG or packaging environment is required.
- Experience in Corrugated manufacturing will be advantage - Must be results-orientated.
- Competitive by nature.

- Have good organisational ability.
- Must be computer literate Your key responsibilities will be: - Manage the Customer Complaint Handling (NCR) system including registering, issuing, investigation, visits, corrective/preventative actions, reports and feedback to customers, and daily and weekly reporting.
- Customer Technical Support, including Technical visits, Customer production line liaison, Technical Market Watch (product value chain) and Product optimization - Customer Trials Manage trials on-site, consolidate information between sales and production, ensure the trial runs as efficiently and effectively, liaise with customers, and sign-off new jobs.
- Benchmarking understand what competitors are doing in the market and how we compare - Product optimisation and development.
- Paper optimisation assist with projects to rationalise, optimise and improve paper costs - Ensure that you operate within the "Safety rules to live by" at all times.
- To comply with all the quality, safety, environmental, and legal procedures within the parameters of the companys management systems.
- To adhere to all legal and lawful instructions from your immediate superiors.
