Customer Support Specialist with Advanced Excel Skills
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team.
This role requires strong proficiency in Excel, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle client interactions via email and calls.
The ideal candidate works quickly and accurately, takes initiative, and adapts to new tasks with minimal guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via email and phone, ensuring prompt and professional responses to client inquiries.
Prepare and send documents for e-signature (DocuSign), ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and other tasks as needed.
Compose clear, professional emails and written correspondence with clients.
Take initiative to solve problems independently using available resources, including AI tools, when necessary.
Handle repetitive tasks efficiently without requiring repeated instructions.
Requirements:
Advanced Excel skills: Must be proficient in formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle customer interactions with care and precision.
Fast learner with the ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
Own a laptop with a stable Wi-Fi connection (minimum required speed).
Reside in South Africa and be available to work 4 PM - 12 AM SAST.
Independent contractor agreement required.
