The position would be based in our office in Cape Town, South Africa.As a Customer Support Specialist, you will work in a young and energetic team. You'll have the environment and opportunities to help us improve our processes and make them even more efficient in addition to creating the best customer experience.ResponsibilitiesRepresent Bolt in the NetherlandsSupport Bolt's Ride-hailing users and help them get the most out of our appsSupport our business partners in daily interactions with our usersCreate loyal fans by showing them we really careContribute and share ideas to decrease the workload and improve the quality & speed of Bolt's customer supportAbout youYou have excellent spoken and written Dutch and English skills; any other language is a plusYou understand what outstanding customer support looks like and are ready to go the extra mileYou welcome challenges with an open mind and see them as opportunitiesYou are always ready to put customers first and be passionate about helping othersYou can apply an analytical approach to understanding why customer support is contacted and be ready to tell the story to other teams within BoltExperience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity.
