At ARTHUR FORD we believe in excellent customer service while creating business opportunities and selling amazing fragrances, health, face and personal care products.Are you a strong leader who loves making customers happy?ARTHUR FORD is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Customer Support Leader to join our team and start a new customer support division.Join us in providing superior experiences for our valued customers.#BeSuperior #BeBoss.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Ensuring a Superior Customer Experience through excellent sales service· Maintaining an outstanding telephonic experience with excellent communication to customers being a focus· Ascertain Customer needs and wants - with upselling and cross selling being a focus to create opportunities and promoting sales· Recommend items that match customer needs· Manage point-of-sale processes· Keep up to date with product information· Accurately describe product features and benefits· Follow company procedures and policies as laid out in Standard Operating Procedures· Oversee and monitor call centre employees, including call volume, quality and targets· Provide team training and feedback· Resolve any call centre queries, complaints or issues in a timeous and Superior manner· Drive and lead team to meet call centre targets, including being responsible for efficient call handling and overall team performance· Provide daily, weekly and monthly report back to team and managementDESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION · Minimum Matric· Relevant tertiary qualifications will be advantageous· Minimum 3 years' working experience in a customer service call centre environment with management experience· Solid understanding of Customer Service Call Centre performance metrics, including reporting and feedback requirements· Proficiency in English and Zulu - spoken, written and reading· A good understanding of using call centre software and tools· Track record of overachieving sales quotas with a special focus on Customer Experience· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills· Excellent problem solving and decision making skills· The ability to work as part of a team, as well as the ability to work independentlyWe offer a competitive basic salary with an uncapped commission structure and excellent incentives.
