Customer Support Executive

(client relationship \ client services \ account executive \ client support \ customer support \ digital account executive) Web-box leases out database driven websites to real estate agencies. With over 450 clients nationally we are a major player in this market. We are looking for a customer cupport executive to manage all interactions with our base of clients. This starts with the setting up of the client websites (liaising between the client and the website designer) and continues with the provision of ongoing support. This position is integral to the business as we are extremely client focused. We get outstanding client feedback and this person needs to continue this standard. This person will also have significant input in the the evolution of our product and business processes. Part of the job is supporting clients with their technical email issues, but no specific experience is needed. If you have an interest in technology we can train you.
