Scope of Work: Customer Support
Location: We are seeking a Customer Support person to work remotely.
Time: VERY IMPORTANT that contractors be able to work in Dibbly's business hours of 9AM - 5PM EST.
Objective: The objective of this project is to assist our organization with the goal to increase customer satisfaction.
Duration: The contract will be month to month.
Pay: Hourly Rate paid out once a month. Rate to be determined based on location and qualifications.
