Role PurposeResponsibility for all workshop and field service functions and overseeing quality of work of Field Service TechnicianDuties will includeEnsuring adequate maintenance of toolsAdvice and technical assistance to team members Review customer service orders Review work ordersHandle warranty claims, job costing, quotations, product support, ensure service breakdown issues are attended to Build strong customer relationships Minimum RequirementTechnical studies or Trade Test Experience in mining, construction and earthmoving products preferable Report writing experience (warranty, damage maintenance) Valid drivers license
