About the Role:Position: Customer Support AnalystReporting to: Project ManagerType: ContractorDuties and Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clientsRespond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely mannerIdentify and troubleshoot issues to provide solutionsDocument and track customer issues and resolutionsCollaborate with other teams to ensure swift problem resolutionRequirements:Previous experience in a customer support roleStrong communication and problem-solving skillsTechnical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quicklyAbility to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
