About the Role: Position: Customer Support Analyst Reporting to: Project Manager Type: Contractor Duties and Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner Identify and troubleshoot issues to provide solutions Document and track customer issues and resolutions Collaborate with other teams to ensure swift problem resolution Requirements: Previous experience in a customer support role Strong communication and problem-solving skills Technical aptitude and ability to learn new systems quickly Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
