Together with our Johannesburg Customer Support team, the Customer Support Agent will provide high-level customer support to our customers over the busy holiday season.
Requirements:
Prior experience working in a customer support role whilst partnering with internal teams to effectively resolve issues through calls is required.
Previous experience working in a technology company is preferable.

Please note that this is a 3-month temporary role starting on the 1st of November, and requires you to work shifts; including holiday periods and weekends. Position is based on-site in our office in Johannesburg.
Your objective will be ensuring customer satisfaction by answering calls.
Our team works across multiple systems which assist with technical troubleshooting and resolution of technical queries.
The role is diverse, especially as you will be working with global clients.
Provide first level call centre support to customers.
Manage customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner and escalate when required.
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
To achieve this, you will first need to become familiar with transaction processing concepts. As a Customer Support agent you will receive training from colleagues across departments.
