To cross-market and sell campaigns, products and solutions of Cirrusfin and/or its affiliates as applicable.
Your Role:
KEY RESULT AREAS
Client Development & Customer Success
Identify and develop profitable new business opportunities, achieving sales targets.
Develop new sales leads and build a database of potential customers.
Follow proven sales methodologies, underwriting and processes with accuracy.
Maintain and grow existing business by cross-selling opportunities.
Develop strong client relationships to enhance and increase sales.
Keep up-to-date sales records for all existing and prospective accounts on company IT systems (CRM & DB).
Prepare detailed written proposals and quotations or email responses where applicable.
Follow a professional sales approach at all times.
Follow business compliance processes as may be applicable.
Claims management – administrates all claims efficiently and effectively.
Manages systems, business processes and other as applicable.
Operational Effectiveness
Achieve a minimum of 120 minutes of sales call time per day.
Achieve 100 effective qualified sales pitches per month.
Be punctual, responsible and diligent in all tasks attended to.
Complete accurate and timely sales administration records.
Submit to the Manager all relevant reports, paperwork and updates on all forward sales activity.
Any additional responsibilities as required from time to time.
Comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Competencies Required: Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Knowledge
Grade 12 with English, a second language & Maths or Science.
Literacy – speak, read and write at least 2 official languages including English.
Computer Literacy – Word, Excel, Email and Internet.
4 years working experience.
Pass technical competence test and RE 1 regulatory exams.
Display an understanding and knowledge of the product and industry and target audience.
Meets FAIS Fit & Proper requirements as per requirements in fully qualified role – full qualification 120 credits.
