Key Responsibilities:  Focus Area: Establish and nurture strong relationships with our customers to understand their needs and goals. Focus Area: Initial and ongoing customer education on product utilization, platform proficiency, data integration, and industry best practices. Focus Area: Create and actively manage success plans focused on actions, processes, resources, and touchpoints necessary to deliver quantifiable outcomes. Focus Area: Monitor, benchmark, and report on customer account health to relevant stakeholders on a regular basis. Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:  Post-secondary education in mining, business, engineering, technology, or equivalent. Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer success, account management, or customer support. Experience in the mining industry. Fluency in English. Other African languages are beneficial.
