We provide all the support they need to grow a successful business, across operations, marketing, and finance allowing them to do what they do best – recruiting!Since launching in 2020, we've worked hard to grow our portfolio of partners.
We are now at a crucial stage where we need to make a customer success hire to help our existing portfolio of partners get the most out of our services.
We currently have 35 partners and are looking to double that number in the next couple of years.This role will report directly to our Director of Growth, Dan Matthews, and will initially be a maternity cover contract.
This is a hugely important hire as this person will play a significant role in moving the business forward and is expected to bring great ideas on improving our customer success strategy and new services we can offer.The role:Develop and implement a scalable customer support strategyDeliver a smooth onboarding and rollout process for new partnersBecome an expert on our technology platform and ensure customer adoptionManage account health and ensure customers get maximum value from our servicesDrive upselling and adoption of new features among existing customersLead on all customer support-related inquiriesManage contract renewal conversations as well as complaint resolutionWork to grow our external partnerships to improve our service offeringUnderstand from partners how we can improve our service through feedback channelsWho you are:Recruiter Labs is still very much a start-up, and we have a small, motivated team.
We're looking for someone who shares our ambition.The ideal candidate will have experience in the recruitment industry (either as an agency recruiter or in a recruitment tech company) and have experience in a Customer Success role.
