This is a remote position.Customer Success ManagerUK working hours: 09:00-17:30This is an exciting opportunity for someone with an interest in technology and get-up-and-go to join our clients, a fast growing IT business. If you're looking to develop your skills and talents and grow with a dynamic business, we think you're applying to the right place.My client is looking for an enthusiastic and smart Customer Success Manager interested in championing their clients, their work and the work we need to do to ensure the client can succeed. They are interested in the tiniest of details and doing things well in a fast-paced environment. You will gain experience in lots of different aspects of IT - from delivering excellent customer service, rolling out the latest technologies, keeping on top of tickets/projects for their clients and ensuring that the clients are happy.More about The Business:Our clients provide IT support and services to charities and social enterprises across the UK. Although they are an MSP they are different – they have strong social and ethical principles and as a result their clients like working with them. The focus is on the quality of the service and good solutions they deliver rather than maximising profit.They believe in hard work and good, long lasting solutions; their genuine aim is to provide clients with the very best levels of service.RequirementsAs a Customer Success Manager you will be:Interested in IT, technologyHave worked in a MSP environment previouslySelf-starter and initiative takingExcellent people and communication skills; both spoken and in writingExcellent customer service skillsExcellent attention to detailExcellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and analytical approachGreat at multitasking – ensuring that our clients are happy and that tickets & projects are being completed on time and on budgetGreat team player – able to work with the wider Service Desk & Projects teamExcellent organisational and time management skillsAt least 3 years in an Account Management role at a MSPWhat's on Offer:A role in a growing company, in a genuinely nice place to workA supportive, stimulating and nurturing environment - a place where you can thriveGrowth potential – you can take this role as far as you want it to!
