Requirements: Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) and a Diploma or Degree in IT Management or BusinessA  Driver's License5+ years of industry-relevant experienceProven track record of successful Sales and Account Management ExperienceProficiency with Microsoft Office Productivity applicationsExperience working with customers and external audiences.Responsibilities: Be the go-to person regarding matters which are beyond the realm of the services teams, owning, channeling, and guiding accordingly to achieve resolutionFollow up on all open quotes, pending orders ETAs, and solutions.
Update customers and sales tickets accordinglyReviewed every customer sales request to the organisation to ensure fit for purpose before presenting any quotes to the customerPerform customer account administration to maintain accurate customer records on the organization's systems including the customer master account scheduleManaged customer contract paperwork to ensure that customers always have current and signed contracts on fileAttend customer and internal meetings as scheduled
