You will help clients plan and understand the best ways to utilise their software for their business needs. The ideal candidate will have the proven ability to handle a significant volume of data, Advanced Excel, an understanding of basic Accounting principles, Training & Educational skills and the technical ability to understand software solution functionality.
DUTIES: Customer Success Consultants must know the company's products inside out. They are often called upon to provide support to clients to be able to provide additional training on solutions. Help clients plan and understand the best ways to utilise their software for their business needs. The Customer Success Consultant is not focused on making sales, but rather on educating their customers on the flexibility and capabilities of their software so customers are encouraged to continue using the company's services. REQUIREMENTS: Proven ability to handle a significant volume of data. Strong demonstrated verbal and written (email) skills. Advanced Excel skills. Training and Educational skills. Technical ability to understand software solution functionality. Understanding of basic Accounting principles. Advantageous: Operational rental management experience. Knowledge of rental legislation and laws. ATTRIBUTES: Exceptional attention to detail. A desire to keep up-to-date on technology trends, developments and best practices. A positive phone demeanour. Ability to work under pressure. Self-management and time management.
