The Employer Engagement Associate will be responsible for prospecting companies with immediate and long-term talent acquisition needs into our network. The Employer Engagement Associate will work closely with the Employer Engagement Manager to maintain and foster these partnerships through close account management and provide administrative support.

WHAT WILL YOU DOStrategically research & identify small and mid-sized companies respective to University Partners territoriesUtilize tracking tools to identify potential hiring partners through student/graduate placement found on their own for Employer Engagement ManagersResearch job descriptions and skill sets in specific markets to understand trends and industry partners needsConduct Linkedin engagement and ongoing marketing strategy to identify potential partners and engagement opportunitiesEngage with potential industry partners via cold calling & email tacticsProvide prospective clients with introduction to program and students demographicsSchedule and setup appointments for Employer Engagement ManagersWork with Employer Engagement Managers to maintain communication and identify opportunities with existing partnershipsSupport efforts for quarterly newsletter and engagement strategies for all industry partnersSupport Employer Engagement Managers by ensuring all data is entered into CRM accurately and consistently for tracking and reporting purposesProvide administrative support by creating detail team activity reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and year to date basisConduct and analysis survey data to understand employment trends, needs, and satisfaction of current industry partnersWHAT WE'LL LIKE ABOUT YOUYOU ARE… Curious and authentic, just like us! #beboldrAn analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of detailsPassionate about client satisfaction.Self-starter, motivated, and results drivenPossesses an innate ability to connect with people and energizes them to push forward, even when encountering obstacles or pushback.Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment and can quickly learn new skills to meet the organization's needsOrganized and detail-oriented.
