Customer Services Representative

Required Technical Competencies & Experience:Confirm customer orders and provide updates on out-of-stock items.Handle customer queries promptly, ensuring 100% resolution with follow-up communication.Accurately capture orders received via email or telephone within the same day.Support the external sales team and assist with customer queries.Communicate new customer queries to sales reps and provide effective customer support.Meet sales targets set by the business.Perform additional duties in support of the Sales department.Proficient in Syspro (compulsory) and FSSC 22000 food safety standards.Skilled in Microsoft Office, administration, organization, and negotiationBehavioural Competencies:Unquestionable integrity.String numerical skillsComputer LiterateAble to work under pressure.Strong analytical problem-solving ability.
