Customer Services Representative
Location: Umhlanga, Durban
A small family-owned company, a fun place to work, and heavily involved in the local business community. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and great first impressions.
Responsibilities:

Promote excellent customer service.
Handle incoming phone calls and walk-in customers.
Respond to email inquiries.
Write up and quote basic print jobs.
Follow up on quotes, call inactive customers, acquisition, follow up, and check in with current clients.
Prospect for new customers with targeted telemarketing.
Manage email marketing and assist with social media marketing.

Highly organized and structured.
Detail-oriented.
A fast learner.
Proficient in math and units of measurement, as it relates to prepress layout and finishing.
Comfortable with computers and related technology.
Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven work environment.
Basic knowledge of design software is helpful but not required.

Compensation is based on experience.
