Customer Services Manager - Howick

Responsibilities:Taking orders and addressing product queriesHandling complaints by actively listening to customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and implementing solutions to improve customer experience and loyaltyEngaging with new customers and nurturing relationships with loyal clients through proactive follow-ups to drive repeat businessManaging the customer services teamConstant liaison and contact with warehousing and logistics to follow up on the delivery of orders RequirementsProven experience in customer service and management rolesExperience using the Fresh Desk computer program (Advantageous)Clear and articulate English accent, easily understood by UK clientsWork experience either in or with the UK (Beneficial)UK working hours.
